This is a way cool performance by Elvis Costello and the Attractions of "Watching the Detectives" on SNL in its youth. This was the historic appearance that included their infamously defiant performance of "Radio Radio" (against the wishes of their record company and of Lorne Michaels) that would get them banned from appearing on the show again for another TWELVE YEARS. They were soooo punk rock! Elvis is King to me!!!
