My buddy called me out of the blue trying to remember "that cartoon where the kid turned into a car... you know, his hands turned into wheels..." "oh yea, and his face was the hood."

I didn't remember and it didn't bother me until I tried to go to sleep. After a restless night I finally found the intro to Turbo Teen!
