"A gunman has hijacked a plane on the tarmac near Jamaica's resort city of Montego Bay and is holding the crew members hostage.

Officials tell FOX News five crew members aboard the CanJet plane reportedly destined for Halifax, Canada, are being held hostage at Sangster International Airport and all passengers have been released.

Airline officials confirmed shots were fired during negotiations, but nobody was injured."
