This is a crime. A few more days to give time for us and our representatives to read this would not have caused any great harm. Sad. I really hoped for better from the Dems and Obama (who promised in his campaign not to do this) after so many years of Republicans passing crap in this manner. And now the Repubs are whining about not getting to read it (in typical hypocritical form).
