Ivy and Gold are an electro/powerpop duo from London. Since their inception in late 2011 they have amassed a strong online following with their unique take on Gotye’s grammy award winning ‘Somebody I used to know’, amongst others. Over the past year they have been developing their style and maturing as artists. Their EP ‘Awake’ is due for release in Spring 2013 and will showcase the pairs contrasting musical backgrounds, which makes for a diverse yet current sound; embracing electronic elements with powerful vocals and melodies.
