Game Trailers World of Warcraft "Cataclysm" Review

This one goes out to Ant and the inevitable Videosift Guild.

Gamespot, meh, IGN, whatever, AVault - they're still around?! shacknews... warmer... that brit with his sarcasm and cartoons? Maybe. There are only a couple of reviewing institutions I trust - Ars Technica and this guy from Game Trailers and I think he hit this review spot on.

But, I don't need a review. I already played through Hyjal and it was so amazing that I played through the other end game *starting* zone, the underwater zone Vashj'ir. Which is a whole other sort of amazing. The expansion is actually much better than what I was expecting unlike Starcraft II which I find to be lacking (probably until it's expansion, right?).

*Edit: The only thing I disagree in this review is Burning Crusade. Definitely, the quests for the most part suck - but leveling is simple. I stayed in Blasted Lands until 59 or 60 because the zone and new quests were done so well that I wanted to complete them all instead of moving forward through the Dark Portal. Once I went through leveling was a cinch - I think I ran instances 10-15 times and completed a couple of quests in a few zones before I reached 68 and able to move into Northrend. Leveling is much quicker and it is easy to get flying mounts unlike the first time you ran through BC. So, it could be reworked but I honestly did not spend much time in BC... though it felt like a big, sucky but quick mess to get out of.
