FWD Vs RWD Vs AWD explained with Rally Cars

Nice explainer from Jalopnik.

I totally remember the Audi Coupe---and how it became the Audi Quattro (yes, I know they were all Nazis in the war...)

When Audi developed the A6 Quattro platform for stock car racing in Germany (they called that car the S4)---they ended up being penalized with more and more weight (I think they ended up having to carry about 1/2 ton of extra weight) before they just got banned lol.

AWD drive is so awesome for actually going fast...

This doesn't do a great job of explaining oversteer (power or hand brake), understeer (weighting, braking, or power), or a neutral drift...but anyway....

Enjoy vintage loving motor heads.
