Eva Markvoort's Last Words - Farewell Blog (heartbreaking)

I had never heard of Eva Markvoort until now. Apparently she documented her battle with cystic fibrosis. This was really hard for me to watch. She passed away on March 27th, 2010. I hope I can face my death with as much love and gratitude as she did.
