The man threatened to commit suicide by jumping off the bridge, but then fell as a result of use of the Taser. Some things to keep in mind...

- In the video you can see that the man had just sat down when he was first tasered. Not a situation where lethal force would have been used in the first place.
- The man fell nearly 15 feet. He currently has 2 broken arms, a broken eye socket and fractured jaw.
