Debt Ceiling Talks Cancelled

The MAGA republicans have today suspended debt ceiling negotiations [they say] until the senate and Biden pass all their spending cuts, listed in this video. They walked out.
This makes getting a debt ceiling bill passed by the deadline of June 1 a near impossibility, guaranteeing a global depression because their blackmail scheme didn’t get them their way from the minority position.
Prepare people, the stock market and economy are about to freefall and the damage done by this single self serving anti American move will be hurting America for a generation or longer.

MAGA Republicans just flushed a few trillion dollars down the drain because they’re butt hurt over being on the losing side of their culture wars and want to default on the bills they racked up under Trump….proving it’s not about the money, it’s that they just don’t want to see needy people helped and will do anything to stop it.

UPDATE: They appear to have resumed negotiations
