Creepy British TV licensing ad: it's all in the database

In case you didn't know, the poor Brits have to pay a tax for having a TV, which then goes to support public broadcasting. I never understood this - in Canada we do the same thing by simply giving tax dollars to the CBC instead of doin ga per-TV tax.

Although I suppose it makes sense if you chose to withdraw from TV-watching society by not having a TV>

Or by hiding from "the database".
