Capgras Delusion - The Illusion of Doubles

After a serious car accident, this man believes his parents are imposters, but even more interestingly, he believes his home and even himself are also fakes.

This is the Capgras delusion, which is similar to the Fregoli delusion, but in the latter a person believes many people in their life are all a single imposter in disguise.

Interesting stuff.
