You can just Google 'what is my ip' then just copy/paste.
Yes, it's safe to share. It can not be used against you, but if you're concerned just enable the "private" checkbox when you reply on my profile and no one else will be able to see it.

A-Rah says...Yes I think it's IP, I remember about 2 month ago I tried to open membership but the site always send error maybe that time my IP go to blacklist.
So how can I tell you my id? I mean where can I see it? btw is it safe if I share it here with you?
Your IP address at home must have gotten blacklisted possibly because of other ostensibly nefarious activity. If you tell me your IP at home I can investigate.

Easy, do not post anything which you are directly associated, you didn't make or help make or your own YT account or your account on other sites.
Friends' videos even are safe.

Please post well and often. If I may suggest, until you have a few videos published, one will result in removal of the red P by the way, submit videos from well established accounts and with a fair number of votes. Submissions from new user that are otherwise can contribute to suspicion of self posting or posting one's own videos which can result in banning.
