Not so much "supercars" as one-off concept cars.

It looks like they are a company that rents out supercars, probably Bugatti already told them they can't provide warranty in that scenario. Also, sounds like their mechanics regularly handle Ferrari, Lamborghini, etc.

I have raced this track a ton in Forza, but never as clean as this. Maybe I should trade in my modern supercar for some old school open wheel racer.

Based on that, it's surprising the thing made it up the hill at all.

Kit car is a really good guess, explains the lights on the hood, and the silly wing in the back which I don't think any Ferrari's have.

I must say, I liked Tim's sound system in the supercar a lot better.

That was my point. In many videogames the car slows down automatically as you go around a corner.
