I know you jest, but I grew up riding snowmobiles, and jumping roads is great fun. Roads where you can see for miles that absolutely nobody is coming and you are endangering nobody but yourself. As someone that loves that, this video is one the of the stupidest and most selfish stunts I've seen. They're risking the lives of other people for kicks, disgusting.

I know that should all be taken for granted, but just wanted to reassure anybody needing it that even in the crowd of people that like jumping snowmobiles over stuff, this is considered awful.

My uncle had a very large frozen pond in winter, out back of his house. He used to shovel a skating area with 2-3 foot high berms of snow around it. Then he would hook up a tractor tire inner tube and tow us around with a snowmobile. It was the greatest day when we figured out how to put the tube on the other side of the berm and use the snowmobile to launch us off of the lip. We were thrown so high in the air we felt like we were flying, and only manages to land back on the tube about half the time. Didn't stop us from doing it for hours, despite the impacts.

it's kind of cool; I take it this is a Canadian passtime; if you're a Canadian, do you guys play Euchre up there? I'm from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan originally and that was huge there; snowmobiling and hockey too, but not much on the curling

Love the safety tether like you see on snowmobiles and such to prevent runaways, I wonder if it cuts power when you're 100' up and accidentally catch it?

A rwd car on ice against a snowmobile? That's impressive for both the tyres and the driver.

There needs to be an action movie chase scene where someone escapes from snowmobiles this way. Transportation AND weapon all at once.

Really like this for natural areas. Now do snowmobiles and require them in areas with wildlife.
