This guy's ears are normal size. The rest of his head is just small. It's a perspective thing, an optical illusion. It's like a 3 foot tall guy with size 10 shoes. It doesn't look right, but the feet are normal size.

Really...... shiny ears, different skin tone = fake. Crafty lyrics though. I could tell he worked on them a long time.
