D’oh! How funny will it be when he can’t come up with the $250 million judgement even after selling his interest in all his properties. The project has started….and at the same time the actual removal project has been delayed until next year (at the earliest).
It’s incredibly frustrating to watch the snails pace and foot dragging that has delayed this project so long that many salmon species are no longer found in the river. As I’ve said before, I think that’s the intent, and I expect the obstinate morons who oppose it because removing dams is woke or something to try to delay it again by saying the protected species dam removal is supposed to help are gone, so there’s no point in removal anymore.



This project made sense 20+ years ago when the movement began and should have been completed then. Hundreds of millions of salmon (so billions in economic losses), a world class fishing river, and a few entire species could have been saved, and absolutely nothing has been gained by the delay except much higher costs to remove them and disastrous fish kills and toxic algae blooms killing dogs and wildlife.

Maybe the overlooking (1st person) camera is in the girl's flat (or a collaborator's balcony), the 1st person camera is controlled by her roommate/collaborator. So the whole setup is to have the victim wait for the ex-BF to the pass by the bridge (a routine thing for him?), then catch her ex's audio & visual confession using a remote mic setup. So whether the ex-BF tossed the on-person mic to the river isn't important, since the camera just recorded a fresh physical assault, and a semi-confession of the past sexual assault as well?

I wonder if this is IRL, would the video be sufficient evidence to nail to ex-BF though? What consititue an admission of guilt nowadays? Makes sense, but growing up in Houston I liked it hot no matter what I was doing, even in school. Now that I’ve been in far N. California for 25+ years I’m ruined and 95 is oppressive even on the river. NorCal made me soft…our summers are usually 75-80 highs.
