I've watched the video about 12 times now. Most videos nowadays are nothing but a sequence of over-edited cliches but this was well done.

I didn't realize until now that Gondry did a Smirnoff ad that I have watched dozens of times over the years. I don't know how to embed the video in this post so here's the link below.

I remember seeing this video on MTV back when it was new, almost certainly rather late at night. It was a bit of a mindfuck, but upon subsequent viewings I mostly just came to appreciate the incredible amount of planning that obviously went into it. Pretty sure this was directed by Michel Gondry, who has done a ton of excellent videos (seriously, if you've not done so before check out as much of his stuff as possible).

I don't know French, so I have no idea what's going on. But it looks like a good date flick, and Michel Gondry is pretty awesome too.
