Out of the 39 characters in Brawl, who is the fastest one?

One man performed tests and came up with this list from slowest to fastest...

Some of these were suprising to know, including the part that shows that Sonic ISN'T the fastest thing in brawl!

The following show speeds of characters walking, running, using special moves and even Final Smashes... Mind you though it is a bit slow at first, but picks up as it nears the end...
