"White Culture" Representative wants Obama impeached + Dip

Is this what Glenn Beck had in mind when he was referring to white culture? Anyway, this well versed young man makes a very good case for impeachment. "Why, they can't confiscate our flavored dip! That is of homosexual nature!"

ps. He had me with the odd coughing/choking at the beginning.
