Here's a video from 1986 starring members of Seattle's finest [one of whom is the current interim police chief!] mocking homeless people. Part of a department training reel, the then police chief ordered copies of this video destroyed after it was played at a monthly police officer meeting. Guess they missed this one, huh?. It was made public on April 25, 2013 by the department presumably so it wouldn't come back to bite chief Jim Pugel in the posterior. Those ding dings ... is it any wonder the Seattle Police Department has a not so stellar reputation? Ha!
