Nebraska Senator Machaela Cavanaugh has vowed to slow the entire legislative year over a bill that would prevent doctors to care for their patients. The bill is aimed at keeping parents, their children, and doctors from providing transgender care for a child. The bill threatens to jail doctors if they do so.

Under the rules, the Senator could make each and every bill go through an arduous length of time. i.e. filibuster to infinity...and beyond.
