Something he doesn't go over in depth, the psych exam is so vague that it easily can become a block method. Like in some states where you have to get permission from Law Enforcement to conceal carry, it puts into place an option where they can simply say they don't consider it necessary for you to have that right.

Have anxiety, depression, are an introvert or extrovert, it doesn't specify. Just that you have to pass some undefined requirement.

It's also nice to see that some punishments exceed certain MURDER prison terms. With no grandfathering if you already have guns.

The sheer excessive nature of this bill and the level of ignorance in regards to what constitutes certain types of firearms by our elected officials should scare any reasonable person.

PS - It also allows for a searchable registry comparable to sex offenders. Own a gun and followed the new laws? You just became as searchable and open to doxxing as pedophiles.
