The Monkees-Circle Sky (from the movie Head)

This is from the movie "Head", which I totally recommend if you are into trippy 60's movies co-produced by Jack Nicholson and directed by Bob Rafelson, with help from Dennis Hopper! The Monkees, who were getting tired of their teeny bopper and clean cut image, made this movie in attempts to get fired from their recording contracts and try to legitimize themselves among the more serious bands of the day. When it came out, it was actually rated x, and did horrible as none of their fans were old enough to go see it, and the people old enough to enjoy it wouldn't see it because it was The Monkees, and it helped start the decline of the band.

Even if you hate The Monkees, check it out. This is a song that Mike Nesmith wrote, and its actually them playing their instruments (gotta love putting Davey on the maracas), and its a pretty cool song.
