Vice President Dick Cheney thinks he's immune to regulations on the executive branch AND regulations on the legislative branch.

The original sift was *dead & discarded (due to copyright claim by viacom) before the dead pool existed and I don't have the power points to resurrect it. But now Comedy Central has the embed :)
