Texas DPS Performs Cavity Search on 2 Women by Roadside

DPS trooper lied about Marijuana smell to investigate two 'suspicious' women, then called in a female trooper to perform vaginal and anal cavity searches in plain view of passing cars. She used one glove for both searches on BOTH women, which was extremely incorrect procedure and capable of passing contagious diseases.

He continued to pose questions after being told that there was no substances in the car. He then did an extremely thorough search of the car in the full video and claims an empty bag had been used at some time for marijuana. He slipped up and told the driver he had a cold, meaning he couldn't have smelled anything in the car.

Failing all else, he tried to fail the driver on a DUI, but she passed. He then gave them a citation for what they had actually done wrong, after one hour of harassment and personal violations, throwing cigarettes out the window.

The two women, who are related, filed complaints to the DPS and AG. Nothing was done for 5 mos, and the women filed a lawsuit, which led to the suspension of the troopers.
