(YouTube) 71 year old Carlos Piñeiro lives in Buenos Aires with his wife on a combined pension of just $100 a month.
He dreams of eating fish in a restaurant but has to content himself with budget food from the local shop. More than anything he loves singing tango, writing poetry, and philosophising about life as he sits on his balcony and enjoys a solitary cigarette.
