A short but horrifying bit from the transcript of the recording of Trump sharing classified top secret documents with writers and employees is damaging. In it, he admits he did not declassify the secrets so they’re still classified, and now he can’t declassify them, then shares them with everyone in the room, none of which had security clearance.
The documents he referenced, our military plans on a possible attack on Iran during his administration, have still not been recovered by the DOJ or FBI, so may have been sold to hostile foreign powers.
