I use the cinema and comedy channel tags very loosely....

"Underground Comedy" was originally released in 1999 and is based on skits Offer performed as host on his own cable access show of the same name. But the movie, which Offer financed with his own money, was shelved after he reportedly suffered financial problems.

Offer, who lost his gig as the pitchman for ShamWow after getting into a tussle with a hooker who he allegedly punched repeatedly when she bit his tongue and refused to let go, recently filmed additional scenes for the movie with model and “Dancing with the Stars” season nine beauty Joanna Krupka, as well as LiLo, in order to re-release it in theaters.
