Sen. Sanders Proposes 5.4% Surtax on Millionaires

From YT: Sen. Bernie Sanders, a member of the Senate Budget Committee, went to the Senate floor to explain why increased revenue needs to be part of the budget debate. Sanders outlined his Emergency Deficit Reduction Act which would establish a surtax on millionaires and end oil company tax breaks in order to confront the deficit.
