Ross Kemp of the BBC does ACTUAL combat journalism

Ross Kemp, who apparently is NOT Brian Williams and doesn't need to make up stories about taking enemy fire, actually takes Taliban fire in a British compound in Afghanistan. Sure of their firepower and force advantage, the Brits decide to initiate a psy-ops loudspeaker campaign to taunt the Taliban, get them to fire, and identify their positions. This is from 2011.

Which is exactly what happens.

Through the whole things, Kemp seems barely amused--if he just proceeded to the point of asking the name, age, hometown, and message to home of the soldiers he's with, Kemp would appear to complete a transformation into a modern day Ernie Pyle (America's greatest WW II war correspondent)
