Racist Joke from Hillary Clinton and Bill De Blasio

Clinton and De Blasio share a terrible racist joke while De Blasio excuses his 'late' endorsement by saying he's running on C.P. (colored people) time....when the black actor from 'Hamilton' on stage says he doesn't appreciate that kind of joke, Clinton excuses it by joking that he means 'Cautious Politician'.
It really seemed like they planned that little exchange, which is worse than if it's just 'off the cuff' racist.
