Policeman tasers youth to stop a fight.

The kid who was tasered was apparently defending himself from a couple of other guys who started the fight. He had his girlfriend call the police in the first place. The policeman who showed up just walks up, and without knowing the situation, zaps the kid. There's details in the video, and a follow up protest video with comments from his Mother.
