Landing Gear Fails while Pilot pulls up on Runway

EDIT: After reading the comments, I have been informed that the landing gear malfunctioned, and this was not a pilot error. Great job on keeping the plane from being totally destroyed!

LiveLeak: This Mig pilot forgets a very important lesson of take off. Don't raise the landing gear when you are still on the ground!
