Pike County Sheriffs Beat And Mace Man In Restraint Chair

Pike County Sheriffs beat and mace a man hogtied in a restraint chair so badly the sheriff deputy broke his hand on the man's face. He has applied for workers compensation for the "job related injury".
One was allowed to resign, keeping his pension, benefits, and ability to be rehired, the other, a supervisor, got a two week paid vacation and temporary demotion, nothing happened to the rest of the department that sat by and watched it happen.
It is plain to see this is normal operating procedure, not the first case of assault by officers in Pike County, contrary to the new gang leader's claims. Officers in that department have recently been charged with murder.
They knew they were on camera, it didn't bother them one bit because they assumed fellow officers would hide the evidence and hide them behind a blue wall of silence like they had previously. They sure tried to.

This comes only one month after the previous sheriff in Pike county, Ohio, was removed and convicted of multiple thefts, tampering with evidence, and conflicts of interest causing him to abuse his authority, and given an insanely light sentence of only three years, of which he might serve one.
One more department with no good apples....another well armed gang of violent criminal thugs....just like almost every police department in America. No good apples, just murderous criminal thugs.
