"... on February 19, 1968, NET, National Educational Television, a precursor to PBS, presented the very first episode of Mister Rogers' Neighborhood, one of television's longest running shows, and one of television's most memorable shows for everyone at all ages, especially children. I was one if those people who love watching the show. I miss everything about the show, especially Mister Rogers, who abandoned us almost 15 years ago. As a memory, here's the opening and closing of the first show of Mister Rogers' Neighborhood back in 1968."
