NHTSA wants "voluntary" breath, saliva, and blood samples

So the NHTSA is now doing random stops that are supposed to be voluntary, but they appear to be testing a new passive sensor device that can test your alcohol level just from you answering questions. They want saliva and blood samples if they can get them, but everyone stopped has been having this device used on them, even before they can consent to it.
