Wish it was a better video but this really is a clip of Mr. Rogers. Once me and my then girlfriend were up all night and since we never went to bed and it was like 5 in the morning we flipped on the tele. We caught this clip and were surprised to see it airing on the local channel and even more surprised to see Mr. Rogers in the next clip stating "Isn't that Beautiful boys and girls?"

I always tell this story to my friends but on the internet I can has a visual!
