Mitchell and Webb capture the essence of the basic problem with capitalism: Creative people have to get past the gatekeepers, and the gatekeepers are wankers who like to pretend they are being creative without doing any work. "Write that, but not that obviously, or don't". I have actually met dozens of these guys.
