Michael Phelps Wins 7th Gold Medal by 1/100ths of a Second

1/100ths of a second is what gave him the gold that tied Mark Spitz for the Olympic record of seven gold medals.

Phelps was near the back of the pack for most of the first half, but after touching the wall he pushed forward, neck-and-neck with Milorad Cavic of Serbia.

The Olympic judges had to slow the video down to 1/10,000ths time in order to tell exactly who won.
