Mayor Wants You to Turn in Your Neighbor for $1000

Douchebag Newark, NJ Mayor Corey A. Booker asks the citizens of rat out their neighbors who have guns. And he'll pay you $1000 in tax money if you do. Oh sweet, sweet tyranny.

I bet most of the Sifters agree with him, but the second amendment (yes, that pesky thing called the Constitution) gives everyone the right to bear arms, and it is unconstitutional for the government to require a permit (permission) to carry.

Rights exist outside of government not because of it, and government cannot infringe on those rights, and certainly cannot give you permission to your rights. It's antithetical to point of rights.
