This is the suicide scene from Robert Altman's 1970 satirical comedy, "MASH." The song "Sucidie is Painless" music was provided by Johnny Mandel and lyrics were written by Mike Altman, Robert Atman's fourteen-year-old-son. This scene does have a lighter ending, so don't be put off by the title!
