Kontroll (2003)

Kontroll is a film directed by Hungarian director Antal Nimród about the adventures of a down-on-his-luck ticket controller and his team who patrol the Budapest subway system. It's an interesting mix of drama, thriller, and even comedy, and it's got some of the most gorgeous cinematography I've ever seen, especially considering that it was made on a budget of about US$500,000. Definitely worth renting.
