A passenger filming the takeoff of a Sky Airlines Airbus A319 to Copiapó in Chile caught the exact moment the engine cowling came loose and partially detached. Later in the flight the remaining cowling also broke loose and the flight declared an emergency and returned to Santiago-Arturo Merino Benitez Airport.
