John Adams: Short Ride on a Fast Machine (Hong Kong Phil.)

John Adams is an American minimalist composer. This piece is so rhythmic and percussive that it should probably go in the Rock and Roll collective. Philip Glass fans will probably enjoy this.

The thing I love most about this work is that the woodblock player is kept very busy. Woodblock FTW.
