Joe McCain calls 911 to complain about traffic

Joe McCain - Johns brother - called 911 because traffic was too slow. He then told the 911 operator to fuck off and hung up. The 911 operator called back and got his Voice Mail - including his name.

Joe then called BACK to complain about the 911 operator bugging him.

You can't make this stuff up.
