Joe Machin more poultry than Byrd

It ain't right.

Having a West Virginia Senator having that much say, yet not saying enough. A Senator from one of the poorest states with a palatial name of Manchin. Terrible ironic and cruel moniker. Akin to Rachal Rolex becoming the new Governor of MS. His chance to change the entire momentum of Congress, bring some relief to the second poorest state, but ironically being Republican - he fears not getting reelected to do less than he can now.
