Jamie Farr: Toledo's Favorite Son

Up until the rise of Katie Holmes (ick) the only celebrity my hometown, Toledo, OH, had to call its own was Jamie Farr, aka Corporal Klinger, the cross-dressing, desperate to get out of the army comic relief of the series. As his character began more popular he worked Toledo into his backstory through his love of Tony Packo's hot-dogs and Toledo MudHen's ballcaps. He still goes back to Toledo, every year he sponsors an LPGA tournament, one of the cities' biggest events. This scene, is of Klinger's first meeting with the unit's new CO, Col. Potter, who proves to be unflappable when it comes to shenanigans!
