Hillary Clinton: "George Bush's war policies have not worked and will not work"

Hillary did vote for the war though. And the argument that she was fooled by the 'evidence' presented by Colin Powell and others is a hollow one, considering how public opinion was manipulated in the first gulf war with the incubator babies lie. Did she and the other candidates who voted for the war forget that little incident?
