This song was originally written by Joachim Nielsen, Who died of an overdose in 1997, he's one of Norway's most loved rock/folkrock writers and singers, and he wrote wonderful lyrics. Its so good, that I'm actually sorry its all in Norwegian and 99% of the world thus miss out on his lyrics, So I've taken the trouble of translating this song, perhaps someone could make it more singable, but I hope you get the gist of it atleast:
